Where are your mushrooms packaged?

We handle all packaging in-house, at our state-of-the-art facilities in The Netherlands. Our team of experts follows strict FSSC (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to make sure every bottle is packed to our high standards. What is the difference between tablets and powder?
Our powder products (100g and 250g with 2g spoon) contain the finest, non-extracted mushroom biomass. We never add any fillers or flow aids - just 100% pure mushrooms. +Biomass Vs Other extracts what do I need to know?

At +Biomass, we believe in harnessing the full power of mushrooms for optimal health. That's why our supplements are made the whole fruiting body (primordia), capturing the full spectrum of benefits these superfoods have to offer.

Unlike extract-based supplements, our biomass formula preserves the naturally occurring enzymes and secondary metabolites as well as beta-glucans
 without any chemical or alcohol extraction methods that can degrade key nutrients.

Mushroom extracts are processed to focus on specific beta-glucans and, like mushroom biomass, extracts support the immune system as well.

However, in vitro experimentation has demonstrated that with exposure to stomach enzymes (proteolytic enzymes) that the ensuing difference in beta-glucan content is the same as the biomass without the added
benefits of the enzyme content. 
Mushroom extracts do not contain enzymes and extracts do not have the protective shell of a biomass to shield them from the proteolytic enzymes (trypsin and pepsin).
