Lion´s Mane - Brain Tuner (100G Powder)

compounds.

Powder: 100% Pure mushroom Biomass

Tablets: 100% Pure mushroom Biomass, Microcrystalline cellulose E460, Silica E551, magnesium stearate E572.

Tablets: Each tablet is 500 mg. 
Take for the first week, take 6 tablets per day (3 g), 2 tablets
(1 g) 15 minutes before each meal (breakfast, lunch and
dinner). Loading supplementation.
Thereafter, 3 tablets per day (1,5 g) 15 minutes before
breakfast. Maintenance supplementation.

Tablets can be swallowed or chewed with plain yogurt, non-
citric juice.

Powder: Each 100g and 250 g bottle contains a 2g spoon.

Take for the first week, take 1 and 0.5 spoons (3g) per day;
0.5 spoon 15 minutes before each meal (breakfast, lunch and
dinner) for the first seven days. Loading supplementation.

Thereafter, ¾ spoons (1,5 g) 15 minutes before breakfast.
Maintenance supplementation.

Powder can be mixed with plain yogurt, non-citric juice or
placed under the tongue and then sip water.
